The actor who was in news for adopting the natural ways of working out has been following a strict diet. Sanjay at present is following an extremely strict and a disciplined workout regime. The actor spends hours at his gym below the residence and hasn’t skipped the regime for even a day!
Sanjay’s trainer who has been training him reveals on how dedicated the actor is in regards with being fit and leaves nothing behind when it comes to his physique reveals, “Sanjay is leaving no stone unturned in his regime. He has been working extremely hard to maintain his physique. From following the diet to hours of working out, he follows them keenly irrespective of where he is. He is in his best shape ever and extremely fit. The natural ways of working out that he has adopted have helped him immensely to attain the kind of physique he is in right now.”
Everyone around too can’t stop but ask the actor the secret to him being so fit.
During his time at Yerwada, Sanjay had learnt a new way of maintaining fitness by adopting a very new method of exercises! As the actor had no access to a gym, Sanjay started using the phawdas which is used to carry water as his dumbbells!
The actor used to fill these phawdas with water and use to start doing lifts! The actor started performing free hand exercises and came up with new ways and replaced the concept of one going to gym and sweating it out.
Be it Squats, bicep curls or even diamond pushups, Sanjay Dutt did it all in natural ways!
News is Infact even now; the actor has continued to do the same! Sanjay still uses Phawdas as his dumbbells and has maintained doing all those free hand exercises at his residence in Bandra. Sanjay dedicates about 2 to 3 hours to all these exercises without giving it a miss!
